Ordered a last minute gift online (octonauts play set) for my son’s birthday using express delivery and got everything on time without any issues. The toys, despite being in a rather large box, were adequately packaged and double boxed in an even bigger box with extra paper padding. The ordering process was easy and the price competitive! (Better than Amazon at the time, normally a good benchmark!)

Claimed they'd sent my order from the warehouse to the courier a week ago. The courier tracking says they are still waiting for the package from Bargainmax. What is the most frustrating is lack of contact options. No online chat options, the order emails are all no-reply, the options on the help page don't cover this problem. No contact email/phone on the order email. It's almost like they are making it deliberately hard to contact them (heavy sarcasm there - because that's exactly what they're doing). I'd cancel the order if i could get someone to bother replying.

I love Bargainmax as they do some great deals, Their web site is clear and easy to use and delivery is quick.
